Refund and Returns Policy

At Space Life Science, we strive to deliver high-quality third-party manufacturing services for nutraceuticals and dietary supplements. Due to the customized nature of our manufacturing process and our business-to-business (B2B) model, our refund and return policy is subject to the following terms:

1. Custom Orders

All products manufactured by Space Life Science are made to order as per client specifications. As such:

  • Refunds or returns are not applicable once production has commenced or raw materials have been procured.
  • Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review and approve formulations, labeling, packaging, and other specifications before final confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation, provided production has not started and no raw materials have been purchased.
  • If materials have already been procured or production has begun, cancellation may result in partial charges or be non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

While we conduct rigorous quality checks, in the rare event that products are found to be damaged or defective upon receipt:

  • The client must notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided.
  • After internal investigation, we may offer:
    • Replacement of the affected units
    • Credit for future orders
    • Other appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis

No claims will be entertained after 5 business days of delivery.

4. Shipping Errors

If a shipping or labeling error occurs due to a fault on our end, we will:

  • Arrange for correction or reshipment at our expense
  • Take necessary measures to prevent recurrence

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom manufactured supplements
  • Opened or used packaging components
  • Bulk raw materials procured for a specific order

6. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate product specifications
  • Approve all proofs before production
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for distribution in their target market
  • Handle post-manufacturing logistics unless agreed otherwise
